Allergen Matrix Template — Free Printable

A blank allergen matrix covering all 14 allergens regulated under UK food law (Natasha's Law). List your dishes, tick the allergens present, and keep a copy for each event or service.

The 14 regulated allergens under Natasha's Law

UK food law (the Food Information to Consumers Regulation) requires food businesses — including private chefs — to declare the presence of 14 major allergens in any food they provide. The allergens are:

Celery Cereals containing gluten Crustaceans Eggs Fish Lupin Milk Molluscs Mustard Tree nuts Peanuts Sesame Soya Sulphur dioxide / sulphites

For private chefs, this means knowing the allergen content of every dish you serve, disclosing it to clients before or at the point of service, and keeping documentation of what you disclosed and when.

Veriqo tracks allergens per dish automatically

Link your allergen matrix to your HACCP records. Guest allergen alerts fire if a dish you've logged contains something a client can't eat.
