How to use this log
Date — the date of the check, not the job date if different
Meal / Service — which service or event this record relates to
Food Item — what was checked (e.g. "Chicken breast", "Fridge A", "Beef delivery")
Check Type — use the key below the table: F = Fridge, Fz = Freezer, C = Cook, R = Reheat, Cl = Cool, D = Delivery
Temp (°C) — the actual probe or thermometer reading
Pass / Fail — tick or circle against the temperature guide at the bottom
Corrective Action — what you did if the reading was outside limits (e.g. "discarded", "rechecked after 10 min")
Initials — who took the reading
