Step 01
Build your dish library

Add the dishes you regularly cook — name, course, description, allergens and prep tasks. This is the foundation of your menus and prep lists. Once it's built, creating a menu for a new job takes minutes.

Step 02
Log the booking

When a client confirms, create a job in Veriqo — client, date, covers, location, dietary requirements. Select the dishes for the menu from your library. A prep list generates automatically from the job.

Step 03
Go to service

On the day, open Veriqo to see your prep list, check off tasks as you complete them, and log HACCP checks from the same app. After service, generate the invoice from the Costing module — connected to the same job.
