Add prep tasks to each dish in your Menus library — once. Every time you create a prep list for a job, Veriqo pulls those tasks automatically for whichever dishes are on the menu. No typing. No copy-pasting from last time.
Every task is assigned to either prep-ahead (the day before) or finishing (on the day). Your prep list is split into these two sections so you can work through them in the right order without having to think about what happens when.
Tasks within each section are grouped by course — Starter, Fish Course, Main, Dessert and so on — following a logical kitchen order. Switch between Prep-ahead and Finishing with one tap at the top of the list.
Tap a task to tick it. Completed tasks move to the bottom of their section with a strikethrough so you always see what's left at a glance. Veriqo is a PWA, so the app opens even with a patchy signal — ticks sync to Supabase as you go.
Need to tweak a task once the list is generated? Tap Edit on any item to change its description. Changes sync to Supabase so your list is consistent across your phone, iPad and any device you're using.
Running the same menu again? Reset all ticks in one tap and the list is ready to reuse. No need to regenerate. Prep lists are saved against the job, so you can also review what you did last time — useful for regular private chef clients.
In the Menus module, open any dish and add its prep tasks — describe each step and assign it to prep-ahead or finishing. Most chefs do this once for their core repertoire and it pays back on every single job afterwards.
